iFOAM is a full-service Insulation Contractor under the HorsePower Brands portfolio. iFOAM offers insulation services (Spray Foam, Blow in Fiberglass, and Cellulose, Batts, BIBS, and Rockwool). With a large focus on the future of product of the industry…SPRAY FOAM! iFOAM focuses on 3 main targets client segments: - Existing homes (B2C) – In home sales where you remove the old insulation from a residential property and replace it with spray foam or other traditional types of insulation. This lowers the electric bill, makes the home more comfortable to live in, and makes it healthier for residents by removing air particles that can affect health (allergies, asthma, etc.) - New Construction (B2B) – This includes residential new homes, ADU’s, Shops, Pole Barns, etc Currently this equates to about 42% of iFOAM’s network wide top line revenue - Light Commercial (B2B) – Projects we have completed in this space include; Agricultural Barns, LTC and medical facilities, retail storefront, apartments & condos, military base buildings, commercial car washes, industrial buildings, and more. Significantly higher ticket size. All iFOAM franchisees will launch with and equipment package for both Spray Foam and Fiber that is the newest and most technologically that is capable of servicing residential retrofitting, new construction, and commercial projects from day one. iFOAM has a massive B2B opportunity – Proprietary Home Builder Outreach Program coaching helps new locations build target lists of GC’s and Homebuilders and sales training to build relations and begin to find new construction and commercial opportunities. All iFOAM franchisees and employees will get a week of hands on and in classroom training in person at our HQ in Omaha, NE. We then perform a live in market sales launch where a franchise business coach will spend another week in market upon launch. Upon securing the first batch of installs, our field operations manager will be in market and running point on install jobs live. Our coaching team has over 40 years of sales and franchising experience. Our Field Operations team has over 52 years of insulation, chemical manufacturing and testing, and equipment experience. **Competitive advantage** There is a growing demand for energy efficiency and insulation and most of competition are not equipped to tackle large scale projects or do not have a full service offering of Spray Foam and other traditional insulation types. The equipment we use across our iFOAM locations is the newest and best in the Spray Foam industry (Graco 3 Reactor). This equipment cost and industry knowledge create a barrier to entry for competitors which allows iFOAM locations to scale in their marketplace quickly.
