For economies of scale, the Firm owner of a multi-unit DDMA (3-unit, 6- unit, etc.), depending on the geographic size and composition of their territory, can operate their Franchise from one executive office with small local satellite offices to have a coach close to clients. There are 2 main franchises to choose from: - 1. The “Partner” franchise where the franchisee will personally be the coach and can easily run it from a home office if they want. This is more of a lifestyle business and they will likely coach from a handful to several dozen clients at a time. - 2. The “Firm” franchise where the franchisee will build a team of coaches to coach hundreds of clients and maximize market penetration in the territory. There are discounts on the franchise fees if they buy a 3-pack of territories or more. Firm owners will need a small professional office. This is a great franchise for An Area Developer type of person. **As opposed to traditional consulting** we do not do the work for the clients or simply provide recommendations and leave. We roll up the sleeves and work with them for the long term, coaching them for up to an hour per week (in one-to-one programs) while the clients implement the strategies between sessions. This develops the client for the long term and at a price point they can afford. **As opposed to traditional coaching** we do not just sit and have a chat, ask questions and draw it out of them.
