The winner receives a $1,000 cash prize and is recognized on a national level. The corporate team has also established a scholarship program for nominated caregivers to receive funding towards obtaining their CNA license. This licensure is often a next step in many caregivers’ careers and allows them to pursue their goals. Why was this established? These initiatives were designed to combat the current hiring climate and separate ameriCARE from the competition in local markets.
