Martinizing is a recognized name in the dry cleaning industry with over 75 years of innovation & leadership experience. Our system, which has evolved to 3 different investment models and multiple revenue streams, was developed in 1949 when Henry Martin recognized that it was feasible for smaller, full service dry cleaning plants to provide quick service cost effectively. That began Martinizing, the pioneer of on-premise; quick dry cleaning service. Currently, Martinizing franchisees operate nearly 500 stores in the United States and other countries around the world. Today, Martinizing features: - 3 different models and entry points into our brand from delivery to a plant - Traditional retail dry cleaning and laundry plant store and drop stores - Residential dry cleaning and laundry pickup and delivery routes - Commercial dry cleaning and laundry pickup and delivery routes - Dry cleaning and laundry locker systems in commercial buildings and apartment buildings - Smart phone app for on-demand dry cleaning and laundry pickup and delivery services (think Uber, but for dry cleaning instead of taxi) New owners can open a brand new location or purchase an independent dry cleaner and rebrand that store (a plant store) as Martinizing. Several weeks later, new owners launch Routes, Lockers and On-Demand. This unique opportunity allows owners to generate revenue from multiple services under one dominant brand. We offer discounts for multi-unit commitments.
