By working with MSC, clients can operate across the United States from one location and 100% of the profits go to the client. Our consultants and trainers all have years of experience starting up and operating medical staffing companies. MSC’s customized programs are designed to address our clients' needs while meeting their budgets. Our turnkey programs are available at various price points, so that clients can become profitable quickly and expand their business using the profits of their growing company. From the very beginning, we pride ourselves on establishing a strong personal and business relationship with our clients. From preopening to training to ongoing support, clients are always given exceptional personalized service from our experienced team. Each of our turnkey programs follows our unique 3-Phase Process: 1 - Preopening Services An MSC Client Services Manager will assist clients with services including: ✓ Establishing corporate identity and legal structure of business ✓ Administrative requirements, budgeting, HR needs, and market analysis ✓ Obtaining required insurances, healthcare licenses, and surety bonds (if needed) ✓ Designing logo, business cards, website, marketing brochures, stationery, promo items ✓ Working with our select specialty vendors such as: payroll funders, payroll processing services, and software providers 2 - Personalized Training & Business Launch In addition to providing customized training materials, the MSC Trainer teaches our clients how to: ✓ Implement policies, procedures, and systems needed to operate the business ✓ Initiate sales, marketing, and recruiting strategies ✓ Establish measures to exceed healthcare facilities’ quality assurance expectations ✓ Work the business, and learn recruitment and marketing by observing and role playing ✓ Utilize customized software to run the entire business in an efficient manner ✓ Launch their business in “real time” and ensure they are able to perform all business functions independently 3 - Continuing Support After business has launched, an experienced consultant continues to work with our client offering advice, guidance, refresher training, and troubleshooting intervention. Unlimited support is available via phone or email Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Support may include: ✓ Advice and coaching on day-to-day business operations ✓ Assistance with recruiting additional staff ✓ Training on new disciplines ✓ Strategic planning to expand the business, boost sales & recruitment, and design of new marketing materials ✓ If required, the Trainer will return to the client’s office for additional training and/or perform an on-site evaluation* The goal of our 3-Phase Process is to teach your client how to open a business and successfully grow it. As part of our continuing support, we provide clients with specific directions on how to proceed after their business has launched. From day 1, they will know how to effectively spend their time and resources on growing their business!
