The Sweet Science Boxing Fitness is a fitness center concept that provides boxing and fitness related programs. The system uses designated equipment and offers guided instruction for all skill levels with a proprietary method of instruction. Fitness centers will usually use a space of approximately 1,500 to 2,500 square feet. Each center includes one professional boxing ring, benches, station timer, heavy bags, punching bags and related boxing equipment. A retail section offers guests refreshments, branded boxing accessories and clothing. Unlike traditional fitness centers, we don’t have set class times. Our members enjoy the flexibility to start their workouts at any time, moving through 15 dynamic stations, including a boxing ring set up in three-minute intervals, mimicking a boxing round, with rests in between. This format not only offers convenience but also keeps the workout engaging and highly effective. Our unique approach integrates the art of boxing with fitness, creating a motivated environment for our members and a rewarding opportunity for our franchisees.
